Elder Requirements
To become an Elder of the First Church of Wicca, you must complete the following
requirements:

  • You must be a Full Member or an Associate Long Distance Member of the
    First Church of Wicca.

  • You must be formally dedicated to the God and Goddess. This can be done
    by Rev. Dr. Kendra privately or you may submit a self-dedication ritual for
    approval by Rev. Dr. Kendra.

  • You must be invited by the Elder High Priestess to serve in the capacity of
    Elder for the First Church of Wicca.

  • You must either submit on video, or perform within our church, all of the
    following:

  1. Write and deliver a Wiccan Ritual following the First Church of Wicca
    guidelines.
  2. You must write and deliver a Metaphysical Service following the First
    Church of Wicca guidelines.
  3. You must write and deliver a Rite of Passage following the First
    Church of Wicca guidelines.

  • You must make a commitment to meditate on a daily basis.

  • You must have a personal altar set up in your home and submit photos as
    proof of such altar.

(You will not receive the title of High Priest or High Priestess as an Elder. Those
titles are given to our Ordained clergy only.)

***Once you become an Elder of the First Church of Wicca you will receive an Elder
Certificate and a Yellow cord to wear on your church belt.***
